Where hard work
meets a fair price
Our Frequently Asked Questions:
1) How much will the service cost?
Tree service prices can range from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand and are based on a different number of factors, including:
* The overall height and diameter of the tree.
* The condition your trees are in.
* General location of the trees and how easily accessible it is.
* Your overall plans for the tree (trimming, removal, or stump grinding).
* What you would like done with the trunk and branches after removals.
* Mileage and drive time could be included in the price.

We hope you understand that this is a very complex, time consuming, and dangerous job. It is best performed by experienced arborists.
2) How can I reduce the overall cost of my project?
We understand that tree services can get expensive and sometimes difficult to finance. Here are several different options to consider so that we may offer a lower cost to our free estimation prices.

* Need firewood? Requesting to keep the larger trunks off of a removed tree decreases the service cost. We will carefully cut these pieces and place them in a pile that is both movable and manageable for you.
* Trimming or removing a tree manually takes more time and costs more due to the fact that climbers are taking more of a risk to get the job done. If there is space to park our bucket truck near the potential project, this can seriously make the difference in pricing.
* If you feel that the prices you have received from other companies are too high, you are more than welcome to ask us for the project to be broken down in phases for more affordability.
3) Do I have to be home for the scheduled project?
No, as long as you provide us with the permission to access your property, you do not need to be home for our service. Although it is helpful that you are present during the time period, in case of any further necessary exchange of questions.
4) Do you accept Credit/Debit cards?
We currently do accept credit or debit cards. We do impose a surcharge of 3.1% on the transaction amount.
5) How soon will my project be scheduled?
We normally work on a first call, first served basis and scheduling can vary depending on the number of projects previously scheduled ahead of time. Most projects are typically planned and completed within a few days to a week. However... If your current situation is in fact an emergency, such as a fallen tree and or one that poses a potential danger to your property and others surrounding it, contact us immediately! We will do our best to address your needs as soon as possible.
6) Does your company have full coverage insurance and are you licensed?
Yes of course we are both licensed and insured. If requested, a copy of these documents can be provided for your viewing purposes.
7) Am I able to keep the wood and/or wood chips from the project?
8) What's involved in the process of a tree removal?
Depending on whether or not the tree is easily accessible to our bucket truck, we may have to climb the tree to complete the job manually. The processes for both is as follows.

* The first step in tree removal is to fully prepare both our team, trucks, and the equipment used for the job.
* After everything is prepared and ready for use, our licensed tree removal technicians carefully use the special equipment to cut the tree by a series of sections from the highest to lowest branches.
* In order to safely drop each of the larger branches while performing manually, we use special ropes to slowly, but efficiently lower them to the ground so there is no risk of damage to your property.
* Once all branches are removed from the tree, it is time to begin cutting the larger trunks into sections.
* If the decision you make is to keep the wood, it will be cut into easy-to-move pieces for your personal use. If you choose to have a complete removal project done, we will use our chipper truck to completely remove everything.
* Our job isn't done until all of the tree is entirely removed from your property, including any mess made during the process. Rakes, shovels, and leaf blowers help us to make the clean up job go fast and easy.
* When all is said and done, we check to make sure you are satisfied with the job we've completed, and a receipt will be sent to you within the same day.
9) Do I need a permit to remove a tree?
It depends on your location. Some municipalities do require a permit for the removal of trees. It typically depends on the size of the tree and whether or not it poses as a potential hazard/danger.
10) How do I know whether to trim or remove my trees?
A tree located close to your house can provide important shade and shelter. Unfortunately the same trees that add additional coverage to your home, can also be a threat to the well-being of your property. A tree that is still in it's growing phase of it's life has potential to grow branches that are capable of banging into or scratching the siding and/or roofing of the house. Any buildup combination of sticks and leaves can contribute to rot, and the roots of a larger tree have the potential to destroy the foundation it is built upon. A tree planted near the house will require more careful planning and work to remove, but will be done safely without the risk of damage to your property. To determine whether or not these trees need trimmed or removed, contact us for a worry-free estimate.

If it is possible to save the tree rather than fully removing it, we will do everything we can to trim the tree specific to your request. Our company is not one to rush the process of removal if it is not quite necessary.
11) Do you offer landscaping or tree planting services?
Currently our company is highly focused on perfecting our tree services. Although our workers come from a line of experience in both landscaping and tree service, we are a family owned business and plan to work towards growing the company at a pace that is right for everyone. We hope to offer these services to our customers in the near future.
12) Why should I prune my trees?
The growth of all trees is natural and unpredictable. Most of them grow to have defects and become unstable at one point in their useful lives. These trees become more dangerous and making the decision to trim, remove, or stump grind these could mean you are choosing to save your property before it needs saved.
13) Will my property be protected during the tree removal, trimming, or stump grinding process?
As mentioned above, we constantly use our equipment to carefully practice safety throughout the process of any of our tree services. Our experts have the necessary tools, experience, and skills to both safely and professionally take care of these risky outside jobs so you can rest assured that our mission is to prevent damage instead of creating it.
